for a duck:

taste of garlic parsley
a slice of meat (I used pork loin)

I started piercing the clove garlic with a toothpick (preferably made of ash ... if it were garlic-vampire) and cutting the mushrooms into thin slices, then I put it all into a pan with olive oil and parsley, cooking until the mushrooms begin to release liquid.
At this point I released the middle of the pan the mushrooms, I put down the slice ("surrounded" by fungi) and I cooked in oil and seasoning in the liquid the mushrooms as they were released, adding, finally, of salt.
cooked, I placed the slices on a plate while still hot and covered with slices
