Quack!
... and after all this time, if that post is not an insult to the diet?: P
The recipe is not complicated, but. .. need a double cooking, then you'll have to wash some dishes, then, be prepared in advance for a duck ...
:
- 350 gr. tomato puree
- some basil (or oregano if you like, but the original is basil)
- a little (very little) of chili powder 1 tablespoon oil
- EVO
- 20 gr. Fresh-cut cubes of provolone
- 15 gr. grated Parmesan
- 250 gr. potato gnocchi
- salt
I started putting in boiling water (salt water) for the gnocchi in a pot and heating the oven, then poured in the pan over, oregano (I'm not a purist) l 'oil and a pinch of red pepper, and I cooked a few minutes until a smooth sauce (do not salt the sauce, the cheese just enough to give a good contribution to the flavor of the dish without getting disastrous effects like the two liters of water that I had to drink at the time of my first attempt). In the meantime I
scubettinato and grated cheese and (to a boil met) I dived into the water dumplings and I have now collected as soon surfaced and then dive into the sauce pan to bounce between.
I added cubes of cheese and 2 / 3 of the grated Parmesan and gave a good stir and start to merge (the next time I'll try with a little 'of mozzarella).
Once the cheese is well incorporated, I took a teglietta, I poured them into the gnocchi sauce well, I have held the "third" grated parmesan cheese that I had kept aside and I baked at 275 ° with "grill" (this time being careful not singed feathers again!) until the surface is properly grilled ... assuming the typical aspect of "lasagna."
At this point I was left with nothing but to serve ... and put in the bill with the help of a fork.
Excellent ... but for a couple of days ... I do not think I can fly! : D
