What is this?


The hummus חומוס in Hebrew - Arabic حمص hummus, hamos in Armenian, in greek Χούμους - is a sauce made of chickpea paste and sesame seed paste ( tahineh) flavored with olive oil, garlic, lemon juice and paprika, cumin seed powder (kamun) and finely chopped parsley.
